Mona J. Francis, C.E.I., Project Director
 Ms. Francis has been associated with the environmental field since the1980's during which time she has directed numerous projects throughout the Southeast. With degrees in both Biology and Business Management, Ms. Francis has specialized in the wetland mitigation planting and monitoring and stormwater pond management. She has been involved with the Microbiological Laboratory serving as the Director since 1998. While she has both field and lab experience, as Senior Account Executive most of Ms. Francis’ time is now spent addressing project management, business capabilities and organizational matters.
