ZhongYan Lin, Soil Scientist
 Dr. Lin brings to M.E.I. over forty years of Soil Science and Wetland Ecosystems Management. After achieving his post-doctoral degree from the University of Florida, Dr. Lin focused his expertise on the science of soils. ZhongYan evaluates the environmental impacts associated with the project and provides recommendations to insure consistent, technically sound and scientifically supportable decisions. M.E.I. uses soil indicators to determine historical high water levels in wetlands. This benefits the client by researching the past land uses and determining the historical data for the best possible Wetland Delineation Line.
